Participants: 2 per country
Each partner should select 1 staff member or a youth worker with experience plus another one that can benefit of results. Age 20+, experience in Eramsus+ programme and in youth work. Erasmus students and ESC volunteers at time of mobility are not eligible. Participants should be citizens of
sending countries or legal residents for at least until 31 august 2025. Where there are 2 participants from one country we can accept maximum one resident (non citizen).
Venue : Buzau, Romania Description of project :
„Step by step, little by little” is a training course that will take place in Buzau, Romania between 26 august and 4 september 2024 with 32 participants and 4 experts
The aim of the project is to develop professional competences for youth workers and provide them a set of tools to be used in future Erasmus + common projects
Objectives:
1. increasing youth workers’ key competences and their potential of involving in projects as trainers and facilitators
2. provide to youth workers a set of nonformal education tools according to Erasmus+ new priorities (green, digital, inclusion, civic engagement)
3. expanding European cooperation between youth association from small communities for implementation of future common projects nonformal education methods including presentations, world café, theater, round tables, debates, video creation, role plays etc. workshops in plenary and teams, outdoor activities, intercultural evenings, visits, reflection and evaluation according to agenda.
Final products expected: a guide with nonformal education tools and a visual campaign to promote nonformal education and Erasmus+
Accomodation: Hotel Sport B90 Buzau – in rooms of 2 or 3 beds with private bathroom and shower. There is no laundry or ironing services in the hotel.
Food will be served at the restaurant of the hotel and there will be 3 meals every day and coffee breaks.
Please send us your special needs concerning food: no pork, no meat, vegetarian or any allergies.
Activities : will be in the same place in different rooms. Some of the activities will be outdoor.
Facilities and visits: pension is 10 minutes walking from city center and 15 minutes from shopping area where you can find almost everything: shops, pharmacy, banks, restaurants etc.
We are working to plan a visit in the surroundings in UNESCO heritage “Buzau Geopark”.
Weather is quite hot in the summer. Average temperature in august is around 25-30 degrees during day and 15-20 degrees during night, but can be colder, warmer or raining. So be prepared for everything. We’ll keep you updated with the weather forecast.
